This renovated 4 bedroom holiday home provides sleeping for up to 10 people, features include, Sunroom for a quiet moment or a different TV channel, dining room and kitchen provide a water view of Georges Bay which is just over the road.
Family entertaining has easy access through either Sunroom or large laundry and features walled surrounds with large BBQ and plenty of space either side for holding food etc.
Flat well fenced yard front and back with lots of space for a boat and extra cars.
2 Queen Beds, 1 Bunk with double bed underneath and single on top, 5 Single Beds
LINEN PROVIDED FOR 6 PEOPLE ONLY
$1,400 per week for 10 people and after that $20.00 per person per night. $250.00 per night up to 6 people etc. Linen only provided for 6. Minimum stay 2 nights. 2 night bookings will incur a $35 cleaning fee. $300 bond required.
