Fully enclosed backyard with swing set, cubby house for the kids, outdoor beach shower and undercover decking with party lights.

Note: Trio bunks have futon bases as they can be used as a couch or bed. The retreat room has double glass doors and does not have curtains for privacy. It is ideal for the younger children as it is located opposite the master bedroom.

Mid Season (SA School Holidays [min 2 nights]):

LINEN: Doonas, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, but covers for doona's are required. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & towels.
