Our 2 homes come with spacious living areas, all have air conditioning, robe facilities, modern kitchens, cooking facilities, laundry facilities, bathroom facilities, TV, DVD, coffee & tea, local restaurant guides and menus as well as a "What's On" in the area guide. Located close are facilities including cafes, hotel and restaurants.

A minimum of 4 nights is available @ different rate to the weekly rate advertised. Additional $25 per adult per night is also charged if more than 2 adults are staying at the homes. A bond of $600 confirms your booking. This bond is held by the Managing Agent until the termination of this tenancy and, if required, shall be used to replace articles of equivalent value, any furniture, effects, fittings or building that may become damaged or lost during this tenancy.

You should note that bed linen & towels are provided but a special laundering fee is charged if the linen is used. This fee is $50 for professional laundering of all linen items. Most holiday homes come with dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, soap and some cooking condiments.

Check in time is 2pm and premises must be vacated by 10am irrespective of time of arrival. No pets are allowed on the premises. Premises are let on the condition that they are kept clean and tidy at all times and are left in a clean and tidy condition when vacating. Please ensure that kitchen and bathroom surfaces are clean, all floors are vacuumed, washing up is done and put away, and all garbage bins are emptied.
