This luxury accommodation is architecturally designed with security and privacy in mind, you can immediately relax and enjoy the perfect holiday or business accommodation. Enjoy the spacious kitchen using quality white goods and appliances and a wine fridge to keep your wine at the correct temperature. Lots of cupboards filled with all the necessities of life, including everyday glasses, plates, platters, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The apartment is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, hand picked artwork, decor and linen with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout making your stay all the more perfect. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and built in robe with an adjoining deluxe ensuite, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and built in robes with the third bedroom having 2 single beds and built in robes with an adjacent bathroom.
There is a LCD TV, DVD and stereo with and there is a generous balcony with BBQ overlooking the private salt water pool and spa. There is a cupboard laundry with washing machine and dryer in the main bathroom. The apartment accommodates 6 people with over 12 year olds welcome.
The apartment is serviced on departure, and more frequent servicing can be provided at an additional cost.

Master bedroom with Queen size bed and built in robe.
Second bedroom has Queen size bed with a built in robe.
Third bedroom has 2 single beds and a built in robe.
All linen provided.
Location
The location is ideal – only 500 metres to Darwin’s best restaurants and cafes and within 1km you will find the Casino, the famous Mindil Beach Markets, Golf course and Botanic Gardens and 1.5km to the Darwin CBD.


Accommodation Rates
4th August 2008 to 12th October 2008 - $52/night $3500 per week
12th October 2008 to 14th April 2009
$250/night –for 1 bedroom - $1600 per week
$300 per night for 2 bedrooms - $1950 per week
$350 per night for 3 bedrooms - $2300 per week

(* Premium $ 700/night will apply to major events including Darwin Cup and Super Cars – July 3-6 Inclusive and July31st - 4th August inclusive)
Minimum 5 nights stay


A maximum of 6 guests permitted.
We are happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees will apply.

If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.

If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained.

If less than fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7)notice is given, 50% of the deposit* will be retained.

If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained.

No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances.

Please note: * = The deposit is 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay booked by the client.


Notification must be in writing either facsimilie or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.


Activities in and around Darwin
2.5 hours to world heritage Kakadu National Park, 1.5hours to Litchfield National Park, close to the beach, Darwin Golf and Darwin City, Mindil Beach Markets & restaurants in Cullen Bay.
