Accommodation Rates

14th April to 11th October $ 400/night - $2700per week ( a discount of $100 applies to booking of 1 week or over)

12th October to 13th April $ 200/night - $1300 per week ( a discount of $100 applies for bookings of 1 week or over).$250 per night for 2nd bedroom.
12th October to 13th April $ 200/night -1,200 per week
(* Premium $ 500/night will apply to major events including Darwin Cup and Super Cars – July 4-6 Inclusive and August 1-4 inclusive)
Minimum 5 nights stay
A maximum of 4 guests permitted.
We are happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, please note that, as a small establishment, cancellation fees will be incurred.

If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than fourteen (14) days notice, then your deposit will be refunded less a $ 50 accounting fee.

If less than seven (7) days notice is given, 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.

No cancellations are accepted upon the day or after check in.
