It has a stainless Steel Bosch dishwasher, 6 burner halogen cooktop (immediate heat) with wok setting, Steel and Glass extractor, convection oven, microwave oven and large new fridge. It is fully equipped with table settings for 8, top quality and varied cooking utensils, pots/pans/bakeware/serving dishes and excellent black granite work top.
There are two generous bedrooms each with large built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double. The beds and bedding are new and of high quality.
Ample linen and towels are provided.
The well lit modern bathroom has been fitted with separate glass shower unit, mixer taps, full size bath (great for families or a long hot soak after a day at the beach), tiles to ceiling and huge wall mirror.
There is also an internal laundry with large laundry tub, washing machine and clothes dryer. Additionally there is undercover parking space as well as plenty of parking in the street.
Everything has been thought of by the owners to make your stay comfortable with extra personal touches like candles and throw rugs.
