Off peak rate from $1200 minimum 3 nights

Public / School Holidays = $1200 per night minimum 7 nights or $1400 per night minimum 4 nights

Xmas / New Year/ Easter = $10000 per night minimum 7 nights

Please note that there is also a $450 cleaning / linen fee for stays under 7 nights.
