CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL:
Our fantastic range of holiday homes are provided to you for a relaxing family escape.

Occupancy times :- Tenancy will commence at 2pm and conclude at 10am on the day of departure. Additional fees may be incurred for a late checkout.
NOISE restrictions apply to ALL properties and only the negotiated amount of people may reside on the property at any one time.
Smoking is not permitted inside any house at any time.
Pets only by acceptance in writing and must at all times remain outside the property

Bond and Booking Fee;

· All Refundable Security Bonds are to be paid in ADVANCE, before the keys are released, and will be held in an Audited Trust Account until the end of the Tenancy.

· Bonds will be refunded within 7-10 working days of departure via mail by cheque, pending a satisfactory inspection at the conclusion of Tenancy.

As long as the property is left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed and refrigerator emptied of all contents and it is ready for immediate occupancy by the next tenant, otherwise an additional fee will be charged and return of full bond may be jeopardised.

· A Booking Fee of $15.00 per property is required.
