Low season - $1200 per week (min 7 nights)
Mid season - $1700 per week (min 7 nights)
High Season - $2500 per week (min 7 nights)

Bond of $1000 is required when balance is paid.
Bond will be refunded after departure and property has been inspected by cleaner.
