This fully furnished 2 bedroom holiday home is nestled in the quiet village of Howqua Inlet. Enjoy the cooler months of the year by the fire while taking in the beautiful tree lined outlook through the large windowsKeep an eye out for the abundance wild life, try fishing in the Howqua River, or take an easy drive to Mt Buller for some snow sport action.
In the warmer months of spring & summer – waterski on Lake Eildon, hike through the stunning hills, its a short stroll to take a dip in the cool waterholes of the Howqua River, motor bike ride, four wheel driving, or just simply relaxing the time away under the shade of the lovely deck and trees.
Your furry friends will feel most welcome with the fully enclosed deck.
Tariff:
(Minimum of 2 night stay)
$170.00 per night
Weekends $300.00 (2nights)
Long Weekends $400.00 (3 nights)
Weekly $700.00 (7 nights)

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
