With the house and cottages you can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.

TARIFF
MAIN HOUSE: from $315 per night (min 2 nights) COTTAGES: from $150.00 per night (min 2 nights)

Minimum Booking Periods:
Easter - 4 nights
Long Weekends - 3 nights
Melb Cup Weekend - 4 nights
Christmas Period - 7 nights
Please note that this property provides all bedding and linen including towels.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
