Take in 360 degree views from the site. From the dining/lounge and bedrooms you look out to Mt Buller, Timbertop and Mt Stirling. From the kitchen and breakfast room there are views over expansive farm land also taking in the Strathbogie Ranges , Cotter’s Hill and the Broken River.

Wildlife may surprise you with hares and rabbits frolicking in the evening and morning mist. The occasional wombat, wallaby , deer and kangaroo may appear on the lawn. A variety of birds enjoy the native grevillea hedge and can be seen enjoying a supplement of seed in the feeder just in view from the dining room. Sleeps - 6

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
