Pinnacle Valley Resort offer a range of services & activies for a great alpine holiday. In summer, the temperature averages around 28 degrees C. If you would like to cool down on the occasional very hot day, turn the air conditioning on in the Chalet and watch the inclusive pay TV, take a dip in the pool, or head up to Mt Buller where the temperature is often 10 degrees lower than at the resort.

Bed Configuration:
Upstairs Bedroom with a king size bed, full ensuite, television, DVD / CD player
Downstairs Bedroom with two king single beds (which can be joined to create a double bed), full ensuite, television, DVD / CD player.
Single pull out sofa bed in lounge with doona and pillows also provided.

Tea, coffee, sugar, milk on arrival.
Soap, Shampoo / Conditioner on arrival.
Dishwashing liquid and tea towels

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
