Balance of rental owing payable prior to commencement of rental.
Full Payment required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorized credit card imprint held for 7 days
after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all
is well at the rented property.

Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice
half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
