Property accommodates up to 10 people with a minimum of 4 adults and 2 nights stay.

$120 per night per 1st couple
Extra adults $50 per person per night

No need to be concerned about finding the property as the owner will meet and greet you in Mansfield and then direct you out to the property. He will show you around the property, providing instructions to general operations of the property and he will then leave you to experience Tavistock for yourelf.

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
