The property sleeps up to 12 people
3 bedrooms all with Ensuite.
Ideal for 2 to 3 families or larger groups
Minimum of 2 nights stay.
Tariff
June to September
One week – 7 days, 7 nights = $2,450 (check in from 4pm Sunday, Check out 10.00am next Sunday)
Midweek – Mon to Fri = $1750
Weekends – Fri to Sun = $,1100
Long Weekends = $1100+
October – May
One week – 7 days, 7 nights = $2,100 (check in from 4pm Sunday, Check out 100.00am next Sunday)
Midweek – Mon to Fri = $1,600
Weekends – Fri – Sun = $1,100
Long Weekends = $1,100+
Rate is as for standard 2 day/2 Night weekend, plus $350 for an extra night
Check is from 4pm first night and check out 10.00am last day

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
