$20 per person per night HOWQUA RIVER ROAD - THE SHED MANSFIELD
A comfortable private and affordable alternative to camping
Approximately 23 kms south of Mansfield on the Howqua River Road this property is situated on 52 acres with a large shed.
The shed also features:
• an open lounge area with wood heater
• 2 separate bedrooms with beds, mattresses and pillows (beds for 8) BYO linen
• A self contained toilet and shower facilities
• Solar lighting
• Gas stove, gas fridge and cooking utensils
The property also features:
• Large undercover outdoor area with fire-pit and firewood supplied
• Easy access to state forest trails via unsealed roads.
• Stock yards available for horses free of charge
Please note that there is to be strictly no riding motor bikes or horses on the premises. This property is only access to near by riding areas.
Tariffs $20 per person
Minimum of $90 per night
Minimum of 2 nights stay
Minimum stay may apply during holiday periods.

Please note that due to livestock, trail bikes and offroader’s are not permitted to be ridden on this property but there are certainly plenty of areas near by in which you can ride to your hearts content.
Also, strictly no dogs allowed.
Follow the Howqua River Road for 2.3kms and look for the sign on the right.
Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable no less than 2 days prior to check-in date. Arrangements can be made to be paid on collection of keys. If check-in date is a public holiday, payment will be required prior to that day.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 14 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
