Moore House is ideally situated in the foothills of the breathtaking High Country on a 250 acre beef cattle farm. Perfectly positioned between the Delatite and Howqua Rivers, it is only 9 kilometres from Lake Eildon and an easy 20 minute drive from the Mount Buller tollgate.

Moore House is a private, self contained bed and breakfast cottage accommodating up to 8 people. It is furnished for you total relaxation with a wood-fired heater,split system air-conditioning heating/cooling, TV, DVD player, Video, sound system ironing facilities and all is linen provided. Hearty country breakfast provisions are supplied UPON REQUEST in your fully equipped kitchen.

There is a small library of books and a tapes covering most popular music genre.

The cottage has a regularly tuned piano with good tone and action which is available for pianists or music students. Please specify at time of booking if you require access for it will be left open for your enjoyment.

For those who want to bring their own horses to compete in local equestrian events or simply enjoy the beautiful high country rides, there is a well fenced and secure paddock available with good access to water and ample feed.

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
