Wappan Station -

Wappan is among the most efficient and productive farms in Victoria, with only two full time people looking after 16 000 sheep and 350 head of cattle. A tight organised operation is run five days of the week with Saturday and Sundays off.
Depending on what time of year you come there is plenty to do and see on Wappan. Guests are welcome to come and view whatever farm operation is taking place. Shearing occurs three times a year and is always high on the Agenda of many guests, especially children. We also encourage our guests to venture up one of our many hills for a glowing view of Mount Buller and enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Eildon. Amongst the company of merino sheep and cattle, visitors have been known to spot a kangaroo, koala or an echidna on their travels. Access to Lake Eildon lets you enjoy the privacy of your own inlet. When Eildon is still well under half full it contains two or three times as much water as the Sydney Harbour. There are many tourist attractions nearby. High country trails are ideal for horse riding, camel riding and bushwalking and the year around ski resort, Mount Buller is a convenient fifty minutes away.
'Royal Town' cottage has views of surrounding hills and consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen/living area. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom is twin share. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
