Beautiful, quality furniture and spacious living areas match the stylish bedrooms upstairs and down. Close to lake, rivers and mountains – or just stay here and relax in luxury and peacefulness. There are some lovely holiday homes around Mansfield and this is one of the best. $390 per night - minimum of 2 nights stay and a minimum of 3 nights on public holidays.
This two storey home features 5 luxurious bedrooms which can accommodate up to 9 people.
Downstairs:
1 x Queen bed, 1 x twin beds and 1 x single bed, bathroom, laundry, large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen plus reading nook.
Upstairs:
1 x Queen bed, 1 x twin beds, bathroom.
Every room is absolutely stunning and there are picturesque views from every window.
All linen including electric blankets are provided for all beds
2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
Features include:
• Reverse cycle heating & cooling
• TV,DVD,VCR and range of Movies
• CD player/radio and music CD's
• Overhead fans in every room
• Coonara log fire
• Oven & microwave & fully equipped kitchen
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine/dryer/iron
• Gas BBQ
• Variety of board games
No pets please and this is also a non smoking residence.
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
