Tikkandi is a two storey property with two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a large bedroom and bathroom featuring a huge double shower downstairs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with an electric blanket, down doona, pillows and high quality linen. Well appointed bathrooms with luxurious cotton towels invite you to indulge in one of two relaxing spa baths.

The property is self catered. Complimentary specialty teas and plunger coffee is provided.

Once booked, you have exclusive use of the property.

Published rates are based on a maximum of 6 persons.
Minimum stay of two nights.
Weekend rates apply for public holiday periods.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
