Please note that all linen is provided for your comfort with a compulsory linen fee of $50 per stay.

Please also note that Timbertop Ridge can accommodate up 13 people although for any additional adults a $50 per adult per night will be incurred.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
